This came from that cornucopia of a second hand shop in NYC; Speakeasy run by Bob & Rita Brand, purchased in the mid 1970s on my first visit stateside. The beaded figure is created around tiny bird bones with a sinew cord for attaching to Q:) a papoose? a piece of clothing? . . . again I have searched but have not uncovered much information. Has anyone anything to add?
