The card is Australian, A. Manning Katoomba. Sent by E. 30th November 1933 to Shipley: "Do you see the white winding road - that leads to the garden of dreams that came true"? (X) is where the apple tree grows.
So what was she on? The funny thing is that under the date is written - hydro . . .
"We are at Malacoota, the (X) on the card shows where our van is parked". "Its a nice place, no fish and plenty of Victorian weather".
