The one below is from the "'Australian Heritage' Card Series - Uniquely Australian #39–40 Early traditions of the convict game two-up and the rituals of tossing are explained in depth, no illustrator mentioned nor product information for that matter except the following: This card has a protective coating.

The illustration below was gleaned from an early 1990s USA computer magazine, clipped and stored and that's all the info I have to offer.
