Circular paper mache Spanish plate signed on the reverse - April 1892 with names and inscription

Again a circular device holding probably the most loaded symbol created by catholic man - Bleeding Heart belonging to the (second Adam), on the right. But whose sword-pierced heart is that on the left? I have no Catholic background but we are just drawn to the duality of the suffering. Larger .pdf image here.

Purchased on eBay last year from one of my favourite sellers in Los Angeles, Ben Zigler of 'macabre collector' fame.
