A circular logo from the H.J.Bower archive that I've never seen before

From a long wide envelope that contained his prize Jersey bull's sale certificate of pedigree c1908.  The main office was situated at Bridge & Pitt Streets, Sydney. The business at the present seems to have become QBE Insurance.
