It seems the SLQ has a copy of this in digital form but my copy is the real thing, sold last week to a private collector by Harbeck Rare Books

2) Christmas 1900. With Federal and Friendly Greetings from
the Queensland Police. On the inside: To Australia
Single sheet, folded once into 21.5 x 16 cm. 4 pp. Front and
back cover with photographic illustrations, the front showing
a group of Queensland Police incl. an Aboriginal black
tracker, the back showing Commissioner W. E. Parry-Okeden on
horseback. Some foxing.
A very scarce piece of ephemera produced by the Queensland
Police on the occasion of Australian Federation. The 32-line
poem titled To Australia on the inside is by F. C. Urquhart,
then an Inspector in Brisbane, and is dated 8 November 1900.
The State Library of Queensland appears to hold a digital
image of this piece only.
