Post throat cancer, I have face and head skin check-ups three times a year

Invariably I go under to have issues cut out but never mention this. I don't know why but I did an Instagram post mentioning the last episode and so many folk sent messages and even cards . . . this one is from a dear friend in Tasmania with a dual message. The cover graphic fits my interests and his hand written note of encouragement certainly hit the spot.

Flowers arrived with a great graphic and message also - thanks folks!
